
This is the first summer that I’ve grown stuff. Real stuff, from seeds, that we can cut for vases or eat for dinner. Sure, I’ve planted stuff before, but never actually grown it.

listen lady, that sunflower is nothing- wait until it stops raining so I can take a picture of the large jack in the beanstalk invasive species like thing that I *didn’t* grow in the patio that is growing at the rate of 1-2 inches per day…then you can be proud of your sunflower =) just kidding- it’s beautiful! and I am so jealous about being able to eat out of the garden- what a good lesson for the boys- and it’s just like the Obamas and their garden at the white house!
